Carefully pack the unused candle or diffuser in its original gift box and protective shipping carton to ensure the fragile glass remains intact during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a scheduled pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to confirm it is in resalable condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
